Dingley's Promise
We are delighted to be able to offer a free training opportunity to the whole early years workforce in Leicester City from Dingley’s Promise.
Dingley's Promise training offer
Over the next three years, Dingley's Promise will offer ten courses that the early years workforce in Leicester can take. The following five are available to taken now:
- Introduction To Early Years Inclusive Practice
- Early Years SEND Transitions
- Managing Behaviours that Challenge
- Having Difficult Conversations with Families
- Voice of the Child
The courses are a mix of online learning, workbooks, videos and activities. Each course takes about eight hours to complete but the training can done at your own pace. Learning is assessed through learners' experiences rather than a formal assessment.
How to register
Complete the register your interest form on the Dingley's Promise website. Registration confirmation and next steps will then be provided to you within 5 working days.
Benefits of taking up the training offer
Not only will this give the early years workforce an opportunity to access a free training opportunity, the organisations will receive the Dingley's Promise Mark of Achievement once the training has been completed.
