Transition support for young people consultation
120 people responded to the consultation, of which over 90% agreed with the ambitions and aims identified.
Fewer than 4% of respondents disagreed with the actions planned for each of the three cohorts identified in the strategy.
The strategy and delivery plan have been updated in response to the comments made through the consultation and will now be signed off through the council’s and CCG’s governance processes before work starts to deliver the actions.
