ADHD Solutions CIC (community interest company) is an independent, not-for-profit voluntary organisation with charitable aims and objectives.
We provide information, help and support for children, young people and their families, and anyone who supports or works with them across Leicestershire and Rutland. We accept self-referrals from families and from all agencies, as long there is a child or young person who has a diagnosis of, is under assessment for, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of - ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).
We provide parents and carers with telephone and email support, plus workshops and courses to help give a better knowledge and understanding of ADHD and practical ideas and strategies to manage day-to-day, and support groups. We also offer family and young people’s activities, and advice and support for all professionals e.g. schools, family support workers through training and coaching to help with a better understanding and practical ADHD-appropriate strategies. We’ve adapted to the challenges of COVID and have been providing our workshops, courses, coaching and support groups virtually, which has often made those more accessible than ever.
ADHD Solutions is based at St Gabriel’s Community Centre on Kerrysdale Avenue, Leicester. We can be contacted on 0116 261 0711 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm) or via email - firstname.lastname@example.org
