Early help assessment
Sometimes families need extra help and an Early Help Assessment can bring together the additional support that may be needed to help prevent difficulties from getting worse.
If you have concerns about your child’s health, development or behaviour, you can make a request for an Early Help Assessment yourself or with the support of a professional such as a teacher, health professional or support worker.
During the assessment, you will be fully involved and listened to which will help find the right support that you, your child and family may need.
